Finding Relaxation and Clarity Through EFT Tapping & Outdoor Guided Meditation

One of my favorite tools for relaxation, emotional release, and clarity is EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique). This simple yet powerful practice involves gently tapping on specific acupressure points on the body while focusing on a thought, feeling, or belief.

Benefits of EFT Tapping include:

  • Reducing stress and anxiety

  • Calming overwhelming emotions

  • Gaining mental clarity and focus

  • Releasing old patterns and limiting beliefs

  • Boosting confidence and inner peace

I not only use EFT regularly myself, but I also teach this technique to my clients, giving them a tool they can always come back to when life feels overwhelming.

Another practice I guide my clients through is outdoor meditation. There’s something incredibly grounding about sitting in nature, connecting with the breath, and allowing the sounds of the outdoors to deepen the experience.

Benefits of outdoor guided meditation include:

  • Increasing mindfulness and presence

  • Reducing tension in the body

  • Strengthening your connection to nature
