  When the Life You Built No Longer Feels Like the Life You Want There comes a point in many women’s lives when a question begins to surface quietly: Is this still the life I want? Maybe nothing is terribly wrong. You have responsibilities. People who love you. A career you worked hard for. A family you devoted years to. A home, routines, friendships, and a life that you once consciously chose. And yet, something feels different. The life that once fit you doesn’t seem to fit quite the same anymore. That realization can be incredibly uncomfortable because you may also feel guilty for having it. I should be grateful. Other people would love to have what I have. Why can't I just be happy with where I am? But gratitude and the desire for growth can exist at the same time.
